MLP: Tirek's New Friends

Six of the main villains in the MLP fic I'm writing.

In celebration of publishing chapter 2, where these guys are revealed, I made this little piece of work. The BG colors could be a little better, and the symmetry is a tad off, but I think it's pretty good.

Tirek has escaped again! This time he's been able to retain magic from the four princesses and Discord and manifest it into evil versions of them. Each one of them is as equally powerful as their originals, meaning that a battle between an original and it's duplicate will only end in stalemates. They are, in some ways, clones. Since they were born from magic, they are pretty much made of magic, so their powers never diminish unlike a mortal pony.

Shattered Heart: (vector is his, backstory, name "Shattered Heart", and powers are mine)
The Evil duplicate of Princess Cadance. Unlike the original, SH's power is based on the misfortune caused by a broken heart. She believes that love is pointless since it discriminates based on appearances and only ends terribly when it does. She also believes that having followers, friends, or loved ones is pointless because they only hold you back and distract you from achieving your objectives.

Being the dark version of the Crystal Princess, she has a dark version of the Crystal Heart used to rejuvinate her strength and fire dark magic at her enemies. She can also summon dark purple crystals for weapons and protection. King Sombra despises her the most out of all the duplicates not only because she represents one of his most hated enemies, but also because her ability is pretty much a rip-off of his ability to use black crystals.

Because Cadance's magic comes from the love between her and those around her, she carries remnants of Shining Armor and the crystal ponies. Tirek made dark versions of Shining Armor (known as Bloody Sword) and an army of crystal ponies to act as her minions. Because having followers goes against Shattered Heart's beliefs which would weaken her, Tirek did this in secret and Shattered Heart knows nothing about them. They only come out in a chamber outside of SH's room and only when SH isn't around.

Havoc: (vector is his, backstory, name "Havoc", and powers are mine)
The evil duplicate of Discord. Technically being the only non-pony creature in the army, and a duplicate to the lord of Chaos, Tirek trusts Havoc more than the rest of the army and views him as his second in command. His personality is all the chaos of Discord without his original's comically obnoxious side. Knowing that Discord is now reformed, he believes that he is a better Lord of Chaos than the original. He looks at chaos in a more prophetical way than Discord, believing that all order is a form of fleeting imprisonment and only when it's removed can one experience true power.

Havoc contains all the ablities of Discord; including his corruptive magic. He can also give life to inanimate objects to use as minions.

Searing Nova  (Vector is his, backstory, name "Searing Nova", and powers are mine)
The evil duplicate of Princess Celestia. Slightly more easy going than the original Celestia and appears more as a big sister to Twivine rather than a teacher; mostly taking her side in an argument and becoming fond of Twivine's rebellious behaviour. Along with that, she can be very sadistic in terms of combat and dominance; almost like Discord in a way. She believes in using political power to ones advantage to manipulate and bend one's followers to do their will. In addition, she thinks the only way to use great power is to let it loose and run wild.

Her powers consist of fire based spells such as eternal flames, blinding light, and intense heat waves. She can also create minions out of burning rock.

Princess Twivine Sparkle: (Vector is his, name "Twivine" and some basic powers belong to , extended backstory is mine)
The evil duplicate of Princess Twilight Sparkle. Twivine views her other half the same way Lord Voldemort views Harry Potter; only one or the other can exist and she'll do whatever it takes to make sure she gets the killing blow. She views herself as absolutely flawless and the strongest member of Tirek's army (even though she's technically the weakest). Because of her egotistical behavior, she's the most rebellious and irritable of the group. Like Havoc with Discord, she is determined to prove that she is far more fit to be a ruler than Twilight. 

Powered by the traces of the Plunder Vines and King Sombra's fear magic found in Twilight's magic remnant, Twivine can use the plunder vines as her weapons and hallucinating magic to weaken her enemies. She can summon the vines from anywhere on the ground and anywhere on her body, she can turn her breath into the toxic fumes from the poison vines, and create pony shaped vine creatures for minions. She also has a corrupted duplicate of the Tree of Harmony in her chamber to use as a power source.

The evil duplicate of Princess Luna. The most even-tempered and quiet of the group. Being from the second in command to Equestria, she carries the mentality that one will always be second rate in the world. No matter what you do, there will always be someone more successful and more popular than you. You'll be kicked to the sidelines and be unrecognized while everyone else focuses on the more popular figures in life. This is similar to the mentality that caused Luna to become Nightmare Moon. Though they aren't the closest of pairs, Starless Night and Searing Nova form somewhat of a yin-yang when it comes to their beliefs; Nova's is dominance and egotism while Starless Night's is low self-esteem.

Her power comes from darkness itself. She has Luna's dream entering powers, but can also turn them into nightmares as both an attack and a way of protecting Tirek and his forces from Luna using her own powers to see the dreams of the enemies. She can also hide within the shadows and go nearly undetected, which makes her Tirek's official spy. Other abilities consist of summoning black holes, causing total darkness in an area, and creating physical manifestations of an opponent's nightmares to act as minions.
